INVENIRE RISK

Security and trust

Clear information about the public website and the assurance to discuss for your service.

The public website

INVENIRE RISK LIMITED operates this website. Vercel provides hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile checks website form submissions for automated abuse, and Resend delivers accepted enquiries to our business mailbox. Google Workspace handles our business email correspondence. Our Privacy policy explains these providers’ roles and the information involved.

The enquiry service validates submitted information and checks the security verification before attempting delivery. If the verification service cannot confirm the check, the form does not send the enquiry. The page reports a successful submission only after the email provider accepts the message; this is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or a booked appointment.

The website form does not create a Sapere account or save an enquiry in a Sapere customer workspace. Its code does not save entered contact details in browser storage or write message contents to application logs. Email providers, hosting and security services process their own relevant records, as described in the Privacy policy.

Use the enquiry form for an initial outline of your needs. Do not include passwords, confidential client records, identity documents or sensitive datasets. If more detailed information is needed, we can agree an appropriate exchange method. You can also contact info@invenirerisk.com if the form is difficult to use.

Sapere and client engagements

Security requirements for Sapere, advisory work and managed support form part of scoping the service with you. The applicable agreement should identify the information in scope, authorised access, responsibilities, processing locations, suppliers, incident communications and exit arrangements.

Tell us about data residency, confidentiality, regulatory or assurance requirements before providing sensitive information or committing to a service. A selected hosting region does not by itself describe every location used for support, email, logs or backups. The suppliers used by the public website are not a statement of the suppliers approved for a particular Sapere workspace.

Support hours, incident response targets, availability, recovery objectives and data-return arrangements are those expressly agreed for the relevant service. The public website and general enquiry mailbox are not emergency support channels. Existing customers should use the support and incident contacts in their agreement.

Request assurance information

Contact us to discuss the evidence relevant to your proposed service. Your requirements may cover access management, tenant separation, information protection, supplier arrangements, vulnerability management, incident handling, continuity, deletion and any AI or external integrations. We will identify what information is available and whether confidential material needs an agreed sharing route.

Any certification, independent test or recovery commitment should be assessed against its named organisation, service scope, date and supporting evidence. A supplier’s assurance does not automatically certify Invenire Risk or Sapere. This page does not assert an ISO certification, SOC report, penetration-test result or universal hosting or recovery commitment.

For an assurance discussion, use our contact form or email info@invenirerisk.com. Our Customer agreements and support page explains how to obtain the documents relevant to your service.

Report a suspected vulnerability

Email info@invenirerisk.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected page or service, a description of the issue, its potential impact and safe steps to reproduce it. Please redact personal information and secrets; ask us to agree a suitable transfer method before sending sensitive evidence.

Only test systems and accounts you are authorised to use. Do not access another person’s information, disrupt a service or continue an activity that may cause harm. Contact us to agree written authorisation before undertaking security testing. Privacy questions and requests to exercise data protection rights should go to privacy@invenirerisk.com.
