Manual entry assumes approximately 200 clean records per consultant working day, where the required fields are already complete and accurate. Bulk upload requires supported formats, cleansing, completeness checks and validation.

How this estimate is calculated
Licensing is modelled using indicative marginal 25-user bands, beginning at $85 per licensed user per month for the first 25 and reaching a $40 marginal rate at 500 users. The headline rate applies to the final occupied band, while the average across the user base includes earlier bands. The explicitly selected 50% charity/non-profit concession is reflected where applicable; other negotiated discounts, concessions, service packages and client-specific terms are not assumed.
Onboarding is estimated across four categories: firm and user setup, data migration, GRC alignment and configuration, and training, UAT and handover. The estimate uses provisional assumptions about record quality, completeness, number of integrations and required setup work, and is therefore inherently approximate. Manual migration assumes prepared, validated records; any bulk import is subject to suitable templates, cleansing and field checks.
Commercial basis: Invenire typically agrees onboarding as a fixed implementation fee following discovery. Where materially different scope or underestimated work is identified, any additional time-and-materials arrangement, rates, approval conditions and change-control procedure would be agreed in writing in advance, not charged automatically. This calculator is for initial planning only and excludes applicable taxes, travel and any separately scoped services.
