Website policies

Our Terms of use explain the use of this website and its publications. The Privacy policy explains how we handle visits, enquiries and correspondence, including application information and cookies and browser storage.

The Accessibility statement describes the site’s accessibility features, review status and ways to report a problem. Each policy displays its own date; these documents cover the public website unless they say otherwise.

Read Security and trust for website security information and assurance enquiries. Customer agreements and support explains the documents relevant to a proposed or existing service and how to request the applicable version.

Services and customer agreements

The provider, scope, deliverables, fees and commitments for advisory work, managed support and Sapere are set out in the applicable customer agreement. A website visit, enquiry or demonstration request does not create a client engagement or an obligation to buy or provide services.

Ask your Invenire contact for the documents applicable to a proposed or existing engagement. Website documents apply to a contract only where the relevant document and version are incorporated into it, or the contract is amended through its agreed process. Website updates do not automatically change signed customer terms.

Descriptions of work supporting regulated organisations do not themselves constitute a claim that Invenire Risk is authorised to carry on regulated activities. Website commentary is general information; the Terms of use explain its limitations.

Intellectual property and brand use

Website content, software, names and logos are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights remain with their respective owners. References to third-party names or products do not imply endorsement, and no trademark registration is claimed unless expressly identified.

You may refer accurately to our services and link to public pages. Obtain written permission before using our logos or suggesting a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Permission to use a logo does not grant ownership of it or a licence to Sapere. The Terms of use describe permitted copying and quotation of website content.
