Help shape the programme. We are welcoming founding-partner applications. Product access, familiarisation and delivery permissions will be agreed individually as Sapere rolls out.
TWO WAYS TO PARTNER
The right relationship. A clear role for you.
Start with a trusted introduction, or take a more active role in developing and supporting client opportunities.
REFERRAL PARTNER
Make a trusted introduction.
For independent advisers, professional networks and firms that recognise when an organisation could benefit from Sapere or specialist risk support.
Introduce a qualified opportunity with the prospective client’s knowledge.
Invenire leads discovery, demonstrations, proposals and contracting.
Receive a reward on eligible business under agreed referral terms.
No ongoing account-management or delivery commitment.
A defined reward. A straightforward role.
Eligibility, attribution and payment terms are agreed before referrals are accepted.
Commercial terms are agreed during onboarding. Subscription rewards do not automatically extend to advisory, managed-service or third-party charges. No lifetime commission entitlement is offered.
OTHER WAYS TO COLLABORATE
Looking to collaborate differently?
We also welcome conversations about technology integrations, regulatory information, complementary expertise and joint market opportunities.
Agree how opportunities are registered, who leads the relationship and how we work together. Introducing Sapere does not require your client to purchase Invenire consulting.
02
Separate sales from delivery.
Be clear about who contracts, delivers, invoices and supports each part of the engagement. Your own services sit alongside agreed subscription arrangements.
03
Build trust into the relationship.
Applications are subject to proportionate checks and a conflicts review. Partner status alone never grants access to a client’s Sapere workspace.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
A few practical points about the founding programme.
Who can apply?
Individuals and organisations with relevant expertise or professional relationships are welcome to apply. Referral Partners make qualified introductions; Solutions Partners take a more active role in opportunities or approved delivery. Every application is reviewed before a relationship is accepted.
Which countries are eligible?
We welcome discussions about opportunities in Europe, the Americas and Sub-Saharan Africa. Acceptance is assessed individually, including the proposed services, delivery arrangements and relevant jurisdictional requirements. An application is not a commitment that every service is available in every country.
Do I have to deliver services or sell Invenire consulting?
No. Referral Partners have no ongoing delivery obligation. Solutions Partners can explore agreed services of their own alongside Sapere. A Sapere client does not have to purchase Invenire consulting; delivery responsibilities and any additional services are agreed separately.
How are rewards and payments agreed?
Eligible products, the earning period, attribution and payment arrangements are documented during onboarding. Rewards are based on eligible revenue actually collected, after relevant discounts, credits and refunds. They do not automatically cover every invoice or continue for the customer’s lifetime.
How are introductions and existing relationships protected?
Partners register specific opportunities for Invenire to review and accept. We check for existing active discussions and agree attribution, the opportunity window and responsibilities in writing. Registration does not create permanent rights over an organisation or its wider group.
What about conflicts, audit independence and referral disclosure?
Professional duties and independence requirements take priority. Partners must identify relevant conflicts and meet any applicable disclosure or consent requirements. Where payment is inappropriate, we can discuss an unpaid collaboration, subject to review. We do not pay a prospective customer’s employees or procurement decision-makers for influencing that customer’s purchase.
Will I have access to client information or workspaces?
Not automatically. Any access must be explicitly approved for the relevant client, work and role. Initial applications should not contain client names, prospect lists or confidential information. Client-authorised introductions and any necessary access arrangements come later.
What is available during the founding programme?
We are accepting applications and discussing potential relationships. Sapere access, product familiarisation, sales support and implementation permissions are agreed individually as the platform and programme roll out. Submitting an application does not approve a partnership, grant reseller rights or register a client opportunity.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
Start a useful conversation.
Tell us who you are, where you work and how you would like to collaborate. We will review your application and contact you to discuss a suitable next step.
Just the essentials, for now.
Please do not send client names, prospect lists, confidential information, banking details or identity documents. Further onboarding information is requested separately when needed.
